Jennifer joined Cervizzi & Associates in 2026. She specializes in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, alimony, child support, and prenuptial and postnuptial agreements. She is a compassionate and skilled advocate, taking pride in achieving effective, practical resolutions for her clients, who are often facing some of life’s most challenging transitions.

Jennifer also practices in estate planning, where she assists clients with wills, trusts, health care proxies, and powers of attorney. She takes pride in thoughtfully crafting plans which protect each client’s individual priorities and goals, providing confidence that their wishes will be carried out and their loved ones protected.

Jennifer started her legal career as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Justices of the Massachusetts Probate and Family Court, developing complex legal research and writing skills. Subsequent to her clerkship, Jennifer joined the Domestic Relations and Probate Law group at Todd & Weld in Boston, Massachusetts, assisting with many sophisticated support and asset division matters, as well as with many challenging custody disputes. She has worked extensively with valuation and forensic experts, guardians ad litem, and mental health professionals to inform approach and foster successful case outcomes.

Jennifer is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross, and Suffolk University Law School. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.

Jennifer is the mother of two wonderful children. In her free time, she loves to play tennis, ski, and spend time with her family.
