Nicole joined Cervizzi & Associates in 2009. Nicole focuses her practice exclusively in family law matters and has represented clients in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modification, paternity and contempt cases. Nicole manages all aspects of her family law cases including drafting filing documents, drafting and presenting motions and Pre-trial memoranda, representing and advocating for clients at court hearings, representing clients in conciliation or mediation negotiations, conducting depositions and necessary discovery, trial preparation and negotiating and drafting agreements. Nicole is also a trained mediator and has successfully mediated contested divorce matters for families with dynamic issues. She is a certified Limited Assistance Representation attorney, where she can represent clients who require assistance on an as-needed basis.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Sociology from Merrimack College. Nicole is a Dean’s List graduate of New England Law School in Boston. While enrolled in law school, Nicole worked full time as a legal assistant at Kotin, Crabtree & Strong in Boston, where she worked primarily as the assistant to both the firm’s managing partner and a senior partner who focused on real estate, business and tax law. Prior to attending law school, Nicole worked full time as a legal assistant at Tomlinson & Hatch in Andover, where she was responsible for providing primary legal support for the firm’s two partners and managed all stages of real estate transactions.
