Laura founded Cervizzi & Associates in 2002 and has been recognized as a distinguished family law practitioner concentrating in domestic relations litigation in Massachusetts. She has more than 20 years of experience in practice and began her career in litigation as an Assistant District Attorney for Middlesex County. In 1992, Laura joined White, Inker and Aronson, a prestigious Boston law firm historically notable for its contribution to the development of modern divorce and family law in Massachusetts. In alignment with her creative and innovative method of practice, Laura established a family law firm with offices in North Reading, Boston and Beverly in recognition of the need for quality, affordable and flexible legal services in a boutique setting. Laura has successfully represented clients in a broad range of family law issues, including divorce, custody, support, parental rights, complex property division, modification and contempt actions. In 2010, she was awarded the Martindale-Hubbell® Distinguished Attorney Award and was recently recognized by the National Association of Professional Women as a 2011 VIP Professional Woman of the Year for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the legal profession.
