Laura joined Cervizzi and Associates in 2007, and focuses her practice specifically on family law, including divorce, paternity, modification, and contempt actions, as well as abuse prevention orders. Laura works with her clients through all aspects of their cases, from the drafting of initial pleadings through motions pleadings, negotiation, trial preparation and trial. Laura is certified as a Limited Assistance Representation attorney, where she is able to cater the scope of representation to her meet her client’s specific needs.
Laura received her law degree from Northeastern University and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Barnard College, Columbia University. While in law school, Laura completed internships with the Middlesex County Juvenile Court, Greater Boston Legal Services Family Law Unit, a small Boston firm concentrating in criminal defense, and a large publishing house. Laura also completed the Domestic Violence clinic while at Northeastern. Before attending law school, Laura worked at the Legal Aid Society of New York City in their Juvenile Rights Division.

Nicole joined Cervizzi & Associates in 2009. Nicole focuses her practice exclusively in family law matters and has represented clients in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modification, paternity and contempt cases. Nicole manages all aspects of her family law cases including drafting filing documents, drafting and presenting motions and Pre-trial memoranda, representing and advocating for clients at court hearings, representing clients in conciliation or mediation negotiations, conducting depositions and necessary discovery, trial preparation and negotiating and drafting agreements. Nicole is also a trained mediator and has successfully mediated contested divorce matters for families with dynamic issues. She is a certified Limited Assistance Representation attorney, where she can represent clients who require assistance on an as-needed basis.
Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Political Science and Sociology from Merrimack College. Nicole is a graduate of New England Law School in Boston. While enrolled in law school, Nicole worked full time as a legal assistant at Kotin, Crabtree & Strong in Boston, where she worked primarily as the assistant to both the firm's managing partner and a senior partner who focused on real estate, business and tax law. Prior to attending law school, Nicole worked full time as a legal assistant at Tomlinson & Hatch in Andover, where she was responsible for providing primary legal support for the firm's two partners and managed all stages of real estate transactions.

Amy joined Cervizzi & Associates in 2015. Amy focuses her practice exclusively in family law matters and has represented clients in divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modification, abuse prevention and restraining orders, pre-nuptial agreements, paternity and contempt cases. Amy manages all aspects of her family law cases, from drafting filing documents to negotiating and drafting agreements through to trial preparation and trial. Amy is a certified Limited Assistance Representation attorney, where she can represent clients who require assistance on an as-needed basis.
Amy received her Bachelor of Arts degree from The George Washington University with a major in Psychology. Amy earned her law degree from Suffolk University Law School. While enrolled in law school, Amy participated in the Suffolk University Law School Family Advocacy Clinic as a Certified SJC Rule 3.03 Attorney, representing clients in a variety of Domestic Relations cases in the Middlesex Probate & Family Court. Prior to joining Cervizzi & Associates, Amy was employed at a North Shore law firm, focused primarily on family law.

Jessica joined Cervizzi & Associates in 2016. Jessica focuses her practice in all areas of family law, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, modification, paternity, contempts, co-parent and step-parent adoption, mediation, abuse prevention and restraining orders, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, and reproductive law, including egg and sperm donor agreements. She is also a certified family law mediator and provides mediation services to clients in all areas of family law and parenting. Additionally, she has unique and extensive experience working with the LGBTQ community and also has extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. Prior to joining Cervizzi & Associates, Jessica practiced at a small Boston law firm and focused primarily on family law.
Jessica earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from The University of Connecticut. Jessica is a graduate of New England Law | Boston.

Jessica serves as Co-Chair of the Massachusetts Domestic and Sexual Violence Council (DSVC). The DSVC is a Boston-based organization comprised of attorneys and other advocates working to promote awareness of domestic and sexual violence and to assist the legal community in working with survivors.

In 2015, Jessica received the Shining Star Award from the Victim Rights Law Center, given each year to one individual in recognition of outstanding advocacy on behalf of sexual assault survivors.
She has been recognized by colleagues as a Massachusetts Rising Star in Boston Magazine's annual list of Super Lawyers for years 2013-2016. No more than 2.5% of Massachusetts lawyers are named to the list of Rising Stars. She received the distinction of "Top Women Attorneys in Massachusetts" by Boston Magazine in years 2013-2016.

Cara earned her Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Dickinson College, magna cum laude.
Prior to joining Cervizzi & Associates, Cara practiced family law and civil ligation as a Senior Associate at a suburban law firm north of Boston. Cara has also represented clients in areas of Disability and Mental Health Law earlier in her career.
Cara is committed to providing thorough and caring support for each of her clients. While enrolled in law school, Cara worked or interned for several services or government agencies including the U.S. Department of Education, Boston's Disability Law Center, MetroWest Legal Services Inc., and the Boston College Legal Assistance Bureau where she worked on Elder, Disability, Education, and Family Law matters. She was presented with an award for her public service contributions upon graduation.
